Outpatient psychotherapy is a foundational component of mental health services in Virginia, designed to provide individuals with evidence-based treatment for a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health concerns — without requiring hospitalization or residential care. We provide individual treatment to address the following disorders:
It involves a licensed or credentialed mental health professional working with individuals, families, or groups to address:

- Trauma and PTSD
- Substance use disorders
- Relationship or family problems
- Grief and loss
- Behavioral challenges in children and adolescents
- Serious mental illness (SMI), such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder (in stabilized phases)
